CPI provides international funders and corresponding national authorities with technical post-conflict needs assessments. Missions are designed to accurately determine the extent of the immediate situation, qualify local resources, inventory existing infrastructure, identify key actors, and establish a common set of strategic operational and funding priorities required to bring about efficient and effective recovery.
CPI delivers effective and innovative quick-impact solutions designed to support vulnerable populations facing the most immediate challenges within a post-conflict environment. Such projects are typically delivered at field level and are designed to address a range of targeted needs as well as build general confidence and local support for post-conflict recovery and rehabilitation efforts.
CPI establishes development programing specifically designed to strengthen individual empowerment, build physical accessibility to infrastructure, raise community awareness, and develop local capacity to effectively address the issues surrounding post-conflict survivorship. Such programming is usually delivered on a provincial, regional or nation-wide basis in concert with other on-going public health initiatives.
